Very bad experience, today 29th March I bought a cake from Wagholi store, they gave me a fruit bun and two veg puffs as complimentary. But I was shocked when I checked the manufacturing date. God knows if cake is fresh or not.

Worst service ever,my son birthday was thr I gave him 2 photos a told him everything how I want the cake ..he said yes I understood..an on the day of birthday they spoil are cake..they kept simple no design. Nothing…he told it was mistake..seriously WS” is this the way…last time also same thing happen..the person who wrk thr he wrote birthday spelling wrong…this was my last cake from this shop worst experience..worst service..hate it..guys thin b4 ordering cake they ll take half of money..so d people wont cancel the cake if...

We had placed order for Vanilla chocochips cake it was a special request by my niece, after giving a call before leaving home the next day to take the cake, it was told to us, the cake has arrived, when we reach there in the scorching heat after 12pm it was told that the cake was not prepared, it got cancelled, you'll can choose any other, what dissapointment, and we had paid more than the amount we had paid for the earlier cake delivery and received. The store opens at 11 AM in Wagholi, but we called them from 7 AM and they only picked up at 11:20 AM. They said the cake was ready in the morning and they didn’t care about our problem. Our family member passed away and we had to go to the village for the funeral, but the shop owners said it was our problem and they didn’t care about anything.
