Pizza Hut | Shoppers Orbit Vishrantwadi, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

it was my birthday and we planned to have a party and pizza hut and surprisingly my birthday was ruined by the employees. We ordered and after 30mins we still didnt received our order. I asked the employees that how much time it will take and every time all the employees answered me " more 5 mins". After loosing my patience, i walked towards the counter asked them about my order and the employee said that they didn't have our order. Then what the heck did my paid for? I showed him my transaction, advised him to check the history from his end too but he said he cant check it . Then we ourselves took the initiative and found a order (receipt) , i think so he was new joinee, but atleast he should be able to read our names or check the transaction from his end. If the birth boy is doing all the work then why have you kept the employees and why do u pay them?. This is a pathetic service from...

This is a fraudulent restaurant and staffs!! Just today I ordered a medium sized Cheese Burst Pizza, they took 50 mins to prepare and sent me a small normal pizza without any extra Cheese. When I called them they were very rude and instead told me that some system was down, and now only they are taking orders ( which was a clear lie) and hung up on me!!!

Don't order from this...

Pizza has more bread, less topping, worst is their customer service, they don't answer calls at all, website is pathtic as u cannot track ur order on it, will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again 24-June;Pizza took appropriate cognizance of my feedback and refunded my entire invoice amount, thank u;I just hope they have not deducted it from restaurant...
