My dining experience at Hotel Masaledar Biryani was overall quite enjoyable, earning it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. There were several aspects of the experience that stood out positively, along with a few areas that could use some refinement. Pros: Good Quantity: One of the first things I noticed was the generous portion sizes. The dishes were served in ample quantities, which ensured that everyone at our table was thoroughly satisfied. Whether it was the biryani itself or the accompaniments, the portions were quite filling and justified the price. Tasty Mutton and Chicken: The standout feature of our meal was undoubtedly the taste. Both the mutton and chicken dishes were incredibly flavorful and well-prepared. The spices were perfectly balanced, and each bite was a delight. The tender meat and aromatic rice made for an unforgettable biryani experience. Reasonable Service Time: The service time was quite reasonable, with an average wait time that fell within acceptable limits. This made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable, without any undue delays. The restaurant managed to maintain a good pace despite being busy. Areas for Improvement: Communication: One area where the restaurant could improve is in communication, particularly regarding offers and inclusions. For instance, the "unlimited bhakri and chapati" offer was not clearly communicated to us. This led to some confusion and we had to clarify it with the staff. Serving Accuracy: There was an issue with the accuracy of the thali servings. The mutton fry was mistakenly served in the chicken thali, and when we pointed it out, no additional mutton fry was offered to rectify the mistake. This mix-up could have been handled better to ensure customer satisfaction. Initial Hospitality: A small but significant improvement could be the offering of water upon arrival. This simple gesture would enhance the initial hospitality and make guests feel more welcome as soon as they are seated. Other Notes: Helpful Staff: On a positive note, the assistant's suggestions were very helpful and will definitely be considered during our next visit. Their recommendations were spot-on and added to our overall dining experience. Parking: The parking space available is good, though it's not owned by the hotel. This made it convenient for us to find a spot easily, even though it's not a direct facility of the establishment. Accessibility: The restaurant is easy to reach, which is a definite plus. The average wait time of 30-40 minutes was reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Overall, Hotel Masaledar Biryani offers a delightful dining experience with some room for minor improvements. The good quantity and exceptional taste of the mutton and chicken dishes make it a standout choice for biryani lovers. While there were a few areas that could be refined, such as communication and serving accuracy, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of our visit. I look forward to visiting again and hope to see some of these...

We visited on Sunday evening when it was crowded and had a wait time of about 10-15 minutes but after having food here, felt like the wait time was worth every minute. ☺
On the table they serve Bisleri mineral water, tambda and pandhra rassa (both taste awesome) along with onion salad. Once we place an order food will arrive within 5 minutes. Service is fast and staff behavior is good.
Food quality is amazing and I personally feel it's value for the money deal. Good ambiance and atmosphere, not a wow experience but liked it.
In terms of cleanliness they could do better but still its clean and neat enough, not dis appointed.
They offer a menu written in Hindi/Marathi (english menu alongside could add more value). They have varieties of dishes in the menu both in chicken and mutton but found less options for vegetations.
They also offer amazing beverages (Pina colada, blue lagoon, virgin monitor, lime soda and other soft drinks) which is very much needed after having food.
They serve finger bowls with luke warm water.
They have all payment options (card, wallet pay, cash etc). Even parking size is decent enough as they have seperate space for cars and two wheelers both front and side ways of the restaurant.
If I have to say what bothered me then, I felt they wanted us to eat faster and vacate the place as people were waiting outside. Plus waiter up front asked for tips which I did not like.
Overall good experience. Will visit again to try other dishes available in the menu.
