I ordered Corn Tikki Brown Bread Sandwich, Chicken kheema Bao and Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani. Corn Tikki Brown Bread Sandwich was huge one which was having a fresh brown bread made by restaurant itself and filled with yummy crispy corn Tikki and lot of veggies and sauces which blends well together.
About Chicken kheema Bao then to be frank it was also huge and the best bao I have ever had. Yeah it is correct. Bao Buns also known as a 'Steamed buns' or 'baozi', are a delicious, warm, fluffy treat of stuffing wrapped inside a sweet, white dough. Made with a mix of flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder, milk and oil. Talking about the Chicken kheema then it was fresh and literally it was melting in my mouth. The texture was perfect and the taste was SCRUMPTIOUS. Trust me I'm still craving for it. The bao was perfect and the chicken kheema was giving it a perfect and balanced supporting role to make this dish Scrumptious.
About Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani The founder, Nagasamy Naidu, started Thalappakatti restaurant by the name of Anandha Vilas Biriyani Hotel in 1957 at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. In 2013 the chain won a trademark lawsuit about the use of the word "thalappakatti" (meaning "turban" in Tamil). It is a world famous Biryani and HOPP makes that well-known Biryani with the same recipe for us. The seeraga samba rice is main thing to get the real taste. This biryani have a unique taste and the masala is a perfect partner to hold the rice and mutton together. Onion, chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander paste is what you get in the masala but trust me once you opened the box mmmm the smell will haunt you. After having the 1st bite of it yummmmm you will have a flavourful blast in your mouth and you just can't stop yourself from eating, eating and eating. The Mutton was perfectly cooked and it was fresh, the masala and rice were perfectly cooked and mixed. Overall it was a heavenly experience together.
Overall my experience was Scrumptious. Most recommended Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani and Chicken kheema Bao.

I'm quite impressed by their packaging which was leak-proof and every package had a sachet comprising of a paper napkin, sanitizer, and imli candy. Overall it looked very organized.
Coming back to the food- Corn Tikki bao- This was exceptionally good. This soft, puffy steamed bao was stuffed with the goodness of sauces, greens, veggies, and luscious corn Tikki. The taste overall was so balanced. Do try it!
Goan Chicken pav sub- At HOPP, they bake their own bread. Inhouse brown bread stuffed with goan chicken which had a crispy and crunchy texture along with veggies and sauces. Their bread was just perfectly baked. More stuffing to it would have made it more enjoyable. But taste-wise it was good.
Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani- This south side authentic Thalappakatti biryani tastes heavenly because of the spice mix added to it. The fresh aroma of this biryani is to die for, having a rich and flavourful taste. Rice and mutton were perfectly cooked, but the only thing is it lacked moisture to it. Taste-wise it was too good. The portion size served was perfect according to the price charged.

Read more5 Star dining on street style food by the street. Confused? Well, Hopp has a weird combination of people behind it and, everything put together, it makes for a really cool hangout to eat. Hopp is the brainchild of a surgeon, a cat loving DJ and Designer, a Photographer and their love for yummy food. Walk to the counter and you'll be entertained by some fancy 5 Star style lobby music playing every so lightly on the speaker. Their menu is short, sweet, delicious and a little complicated to choose from. I've tried mostly all their veggie stuff and its messy goodness. The bao's are as soft as a baby's tushi. The stuffing is generous. Take a bite and watch the sauces drip all over your fingers and your lips. The bao will break for sure but that's the fun part. Stop cribbing and wash your hands. The Hopp shakes are good too. Yummy infact. Try the lemonade and other coolers.
Hygienically very well maintained and clean. Their serving standards make you feel you're in a fancy restaurant. All in all, a fancy street style food joint in Mundhwa which talks a lot about the people behind it.
P.S. Don't throw away the imli dessert they give...
