I recently visited Sai Cafe Katta and had a decent experience. The ambience was average, nothing too impressive or disappointing. The seating was comfortable, but the decor was quite simple and lacked a unique touch.

The service was also average. The staff were friendly, but the service was a bit slow and lacked attention to detail. Our orders took a while to arrive, and we had to ask for refills on our drinks.

However, the food and beverages were a different story. The coffee was delicious, and the snacks we ordered were tasty and fresh.
