Shivshambho Vadapao Corner — Restaurant in Pune

Had gone there around 11.30am after purchasing vegetables from Marketyard. Was thirsty & tired, so took water bottle and later had tea there. Tea was ok. But had unpleasant experience at payment counter was turn off. Due to purchasing of vegetables had to give much of change in cash to vegetables vendors so was left with Rs.100 notes only. I gave at the counter(its a tea counter) the bulky guy sitting there first sent his person to fetch 2 fifty notes in change till then asked me to wait .When the person returned with no fifty Rs. notes but soiled, cut Rs.20 & Rs.10 notes he gave to me (feel as if this was predecided ). Meanwhile he opened his Cash drawer wherein I saw quite lot of change. As its snacks & tea joint - change money is there. But still he wanted to give me the cut Rs.20 note which I showed him & asked to give uncut, note as had to go via bus. On this he gave but with unneeded loudly saying - you are seeing so small & added some out of context sayings . I told him its bus conductor who will not accept such notes, and at times online facility is not there. He knew the note was not good, & he had other ones which he gave but with creating unneeded argument. As customer disliked ...

The place is pretty good.

Vada pav is available for Rs.15 a unit and taste is good too. The seating arrangement is a bit congested but is open and close to road so invites dust, so there goes 1 star.

Otherwise its convenient, easily accessible on the Market Yard road.

The menu also offers other maharashtrian fast food items like misal, bhaji paav etc. And the pricing is average too compared to what you get in exchange.
