I had ordered online. The food was good. But there is some other issue. The bill which I got wasn't from Simply South but some other restaurant named China Hut. There was a difference in prices too. Price of Chapati was Rs. 5 on the bill whereas it was Rs. 7 on the Simply South menu. I guess they bought it from China Hut and delivered it to me. When i complained on Zomato (from where I had ordered), Simply South promptly called me and gave following justifications- both the restaurants have 'common billing system' and the rates have gone up but have not gotten time to update in the system. Today 26th May 2018 I received Zomato's Order food online pamphlet with newspaper. I ordered Simply South's Pav bhaji combo (pav bhaji + masala buttermilk as mentioned on app & pamphlet) from Zomato app. Delivery boy Amol disappeared in no time as soon as I received order. Only pav bhaji was delivered & not masala buttermilk. Money was already paid online. I mentioned this in feedback of delivery on Zomato app & requested to deliver buttermilk soon.
