Just because you have a big brand doesn't mean a careless indifferent attitude. I thought the poor boys either underpaid or Sujata mastani couldn't get clean, polite people who have a good attitude and pleasure to serve rather than working with horrendous attitude.

I have always loved the taste of Sujata mastani. My recent visit however wasn't that great. The signature mango mastani wasn't up to the mark. It tasted bitter and wasn't as sweet as a mango would taste. The menu doesn't have a lot of options to try. The two options of Big and small quantities only have a difference of ₹15. I know it's strategic but I think it's wrong. A family with a child would want a small mastani so that the child can finish it easily but considering the price the parents would naturally go for the big glass. The store has a parking sign right in front of it.Still, the RTO booked bikes parked over there. I feel with Mahabaleshwar Berry Bash next to it and Naturals ice cream just across the street, it will be hard for Sujata Mastani to keep up with the competition. Edit: NEVER go to this place! The man at the counter is RUDE and honestly very very arrogant! This isn’t based on one bad experience, but this has happened several times before. He acts as if it’s a very difficult task to listen to customers. Please avoid a very bad experience by going to another outlet!!

The store is easily visible from Karve Road. It’s a small store and in summers it’s really crowded.

There isn’t much of a place to sit, and it’s best to eat out. The menu is same and the costs are ever increasing. The quality of food isn’t consistent, but the experience is good.

A lot of other options are coming up and several are better too. Sujata Mastani is a name which has become synonymous with ‘Mastani’ and the brand name is what they get by on.
