It is a very pathetic place, specifically its staff is too rude. They are not able to manage the restaurant appropriately. I will explain in detail for you’ll to understand our experience. We reached the place and while we were placing the order the waiter is continually bothering by saying ‘what else’ as if we have the menu learned in our brains. We felt little annoyed but we placed our order for papad,soup and starters which also included a jain starter. First comes the papad, which was ordered 3 in number, but one he missed…no worries then came one of the jain starter. As we had ordered Jain and non-Jain starters, we asked the serving guy, is it jain or non-jain, the guy was in high rush it seems and he responds that whatever you have ordered has come..if you have ordered jain then this will be jain only. He did not bother to confirm back, unless we got little irritated.How ridiculously is the hotel managed, you can simply feel it. There were regular guests in the restaurant and it was not that it was highly overcrowded. Even if it was highly crowded such high required mis management and bad hospitality is not expected . I dont know where they had to go at around 10pm, as when he served the jain starter it was as if throwing in our plates, we ignored , explaining ourselves that we are here to enjoy dinner. While we had our starter, in all this that was going around, we forget they haven’t served soup and have started with starters directly. Then we called for the pending soup and pending papad as well and explained the waiter why are they serving starters before soup and his response was as it was ready so we got it first. We ignored again. Then came the soup and as we started to have our soup, the remaining 2 starters jain and non-jain were also kept on our table. We got completed irked by this now and then we called the waiter again and asked him again doesn’ t he understand the fact that while we will be having our soup the starters will get cold. He said we cannot do anything it is ready, we pushed him to take it back and bring it later when the soup is over. The soup got over and we waited for next 10 minutes with nothing in our plates, we thought they have realised their mistake and they would be serving us back hot starter. The starter arrives and every one of us started to have a piece and then realise that it was cold only as if nothing was done and the starter was brought as it is after 15-20 minutes to us. This was the final thing and we asked the waiter why is it so that he is assuming we were in the restaurant for a charity meal and he is continuously behaving so adamant and rude. We called for his manager, we explain the incident to the manager and without speaking to us he walks away, we were baffled as to what happened and then we decided to quit as well. We also walked off to counter and asked him to bill off. While billing also he was so rude by saying we are serving from 7 pm and only you are the ones who are complaining. Such a response was highly unappreciated and this caused us to further tell him, if that’s the case, we told him we would only pay for the rightful meal we had consumed not the ones we have left on the table. We told him the starter that they had brought is as it is on the table, he asked his waiter to go and count how many pieces are left. So so pathetic !!! We made our payment for whatever was correct and in high drama created at the scene we walked away. The overall experience was highly pathetic, food mediocre, and the management staff highly rude and having no hospitality. It made us feel that highly incompetent people managing the restaurant with such behaviour. To sum they had the attitude as if “ Khana hai toh khau warna jaao hame koi kami nahi hai customer ki”. Recently, I visited TeAmo for dinner with my wife. This restaurant holds a special significance for us since we were married here last year. To celebrate our anniversary, we decided to revisit and cherish those memories.

We were quite excited and wanted to try something different. We ordered Veg Crispy as our starter and followed it up with the Special Sizzler, as recommended by our waiter.

Overall, the taste of the dishes was quite good; however, the portion sizes were excessively large. We typically eat starters in moderation, but we ended up having too much of the Veg Crispy and still had leftovers. Similarly, the Sizzler was overwhelmingly large, and we couldn’t finish it, which was disappointing since we were hoping for a satisfying meal.

The staff was attentive and served us promptly. The ambiance was pleasant and cozy, making it suitable for any group size.
