I recently visited Belgian Waffle and have mixed feelings about my experience.

Taste: The waffles tasted great, but unfortunately, they were served cold, which affected the overall experience.

Service: The service was quite slow, which was disappointing. It took longer than expected to get our order.

Quantity: The portion sizes were smaller than what I would expect for the price, which felt a bit overpriced for what we received.

Ambience: The ambience was pleasant. The place is clean and hygienic, which is always a plus.

Seating: There is adequate seating space, making it comfortable to sit and enjoy your meal.

When I placed my order, I was asked if it was for takeaway or dine-in. I chose dine-in since I was with two excited kids. I was informed there would be a 20-minute wait, which was understandable due to my large order. However, when the food was finally ready, I was told I couldn’t use the dine-in tables as the outlet was closing and was asked to take it away instead. This should have been communicated when I placed the order.

Additionally, the cleanliness was disappointing—waffle containers were scattered around, and the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend...

Hot waffle in a cold weather is the best. Usually i order from here just to avoid traffic and rush. But after a long time i visited the place. The benefit of having waffle here is you get it fresh and crispy where as in take away or delivery it gets soggy as hell. My usual order is blueberry cheese waffle or pancake with extra cream.
