Read moreI had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Belgium Waffle shop in Kharadi today. I visited the shop with my 2-year-old son and ordered a waffle with Belgian milk chocolate for takeout. However, when it was time to collect my order, the cashier, who claimed to be the manager, refused to give me my parcel because they had run out of takeout boxes.
I pointed out that this was their issue and they should have informed me at the time of billing. Instead of addressing the problem, the so-called manager started arguing with me, saying, "Me yaha ka manager koi faltu employee nahi," implying that I could do nothing about it. He then forced me to cancel my order. When I insisted on filing a complaint and checking the security footage, he denied his previous statements and hastily wrapped the waffle in regular paper.
The rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially the manager, is unacceptable. Such customer service is truly pathetic and disappointing. I won't be returning and advise others to...

There are multiple orders via different channels dine-in/take away/swiggy/Zomato and only 2 people are available in the premises to handle all the requests. Yesterday there were so many other families along with me who were literally frustrated and getting angry coz of their order getting delayed by more than 30-45 minutes that too at the location and not online orders, even the 2 employees working there were so frustrated and were making the orders sometime incorrect and sometimes making random orders out of queue and serving others who ordered after us.
You guys seriously need to take a look and get some focus on this location also and review the process and steps followed here or redifine the overall process.
