The Eatery Cheese — Restaurant in Pune

Third class. The quality and quantity is not at all good as compared to the price. They will serve very low quantity of food. Taste is also decreasing day by day. Earlier it was better. Now it seems the chef does not know how to prepare food.

About the food - Cheese corn nuggets - not at all tasty and the nuggets were very small and had only 6 pieces.

Mexican Nachos Bhel - Bakwas. Scam. Only nachos crunched added some corn just for the sake and bit cheese. Isse ghatiya cheez Aaj Tak nahi khai.

Fries - soggy

Cheese Nachos - no sauce, no toppings, no cheese, only sprinkled on the top

Maggie - overcooked and not that tasty

Cheese garlic bread - less cheese and less garlic

Totally disappointed. I will never go in this cafe. Message to the owner - Change the name of your cafe to Cheese Eater, bcoz your chef does not know how to prepare food. He only eats half the cheese from our food...

A good place to grab a quick bite or to visit for a small informal meetup. They have 2 types of seating arrangements, one is out in the open porch with a shed. It is spacious. The second is on the first floor, however it is a bit crammed up if there is a rush. The tables are closely arranged making it uncomfortable for groups on adjacent tables, especially in current Covid-19 scenario. The food quality is good and service is great. The staff is soft spoken and ready to help. The cafe is costly for the services which they provide and the pricing is slightly higher for the location and ambience which they curate. Menu is misleading - we were given fried momos even when we ordered regular ones; fried wasn't mentioned. We had ordered a coffee with that, for which we waited for half an hour.

The person in charge was extremely rude about the whole thing: he retorted that we should have asked about the menu (not his responsibility to be clear), and ordered the waitress to return our money and walked off.

When we complained about delay in coffee, he shouted from inside to her to tell us 'straight up that they don't have manpower'. No politeness, no courtesy and certainly no apology. And with other food outlets next to it, this one's to be avoided...
