I’m always apprehensive about ordering from any unknown place. Reviews help and the 3.9 rating showed that it is safe to order. Quite an elaborate mouthwatering continental menu, to tempt foodies like me. They bake their own artisanal breads ( multi grain, brown, white & offer grilled or plain sandwiches). I also noticed their sandwiches are popular, so are the burgers! So between the two of us we ordered a 10inch pizza and Chicken Caesars sandwich. A carrot cake for that sweet tooth cravings.

#Barbeque_Chicken_pizza was thin crust, oozing with mozzarella cheese. Textures & taste was evenly balanced.

#Chicken_Caesers _sandwich was extremely dry, slivers of chicken( only has a salt rub) lettuce and tomatoes without a mayonnaise/ sauce. It was a letdown. It definitely needs addressing as sandwich’s need to be moist and sauce plays an important component if your meat and veggies are dry.

The #Carrot_ cake is amazing won my heart. Caramelised carrots,sweetness and cream cheese frosting basking on top. 💯 a winner for me.

The order arrived(Zomato), without the pizza box. On calling the outlet, the lady promised to send it over immediately. It arrived quickly and still warm. Some staff was sent to deliver which says a lot about how customer service is handled.

Vicki’s will definitely order again.

I have been ordering from your restaurant for the past 6 years...ever since you were located in Bizz Bay Mall...I really appreciate that the quality of your service has not changed since then..I am so pleased that you have now added so many more items to your menu..
