⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience with WS Bakers! One of the most unprofessional bakeries I’ve ever dealt with. The staff has absolutely no sense of customer service — rude, careless, and completely unorganized. My customized birthday cake was delivered hours late, full of mistakes despite giving clear instructions. On top of that, the taste was pathetic — stale, flavorless, and nothing like what was promised. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers or their special occasions. Totally ruined the experience. Would never recommend WS Bakers to anyone. Stay away if you expect quality, taste, or basic...

Yesterday i bought a ice cake from ws bakers buit was worst ever i have experienced had ordered a pinapple flavour ice cake but i felt they dont understand what is ice cake it was just a thin layer of toppings rest all was just like a hard bread i will never recommend anyone to buy cakes...

Very bad attitude of persons seating on cash counter..completely ignores the customers..they are forgetting that shop is running because of customers..they treat customers like a slaves..will not visit this shop...
