34th August — Restaurant in Punjab

We went to this place for an early dinner, but the experience was disappointing. Initially, no one came to take our order, and we had to call someone over to assist us. The food was average, nothing special. When the bill arrived, we noticed service charges that we hadn’t seen before. We asked the waitress about them, and she admitted she didn’t know what they were for but said she could remove them.

We told her to take off the service charges and consider that as her tip. Shortly after, what seemed to be the owner or manager entered, and the waitress approached her for clarification. The owner/manager gave us a rude and unwelcoming look, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The waitress eventually returned with the updated receipt and our change. Despite the poor experience, we still left the tip on the table.

Experienced the Fabulous ambience and Superb restaurant serving DELICIOUS food with my family. It has a one of a kind vibe where you can sit and enjoy not only hygienic food , u can also sit and relax urself by reading books and novels. Visited this to celebrate my birthday, a nice place with a quiet attractive ambience. Got disappointed when got a few vegetarian options in menu and who put eggplant in pizza. Got our pizzas customised, but would appreciate if you add more vegetarian dishes in your menu. Your waiters are quite professional n shakes are delicious. It is good to see food preparation in the open kitchen as they really have handsome chefs.
