Pathetic bakery.Ordered a blueberry cheese cake for our anniversary celebration through Zomato.To our dismay,on opening the box,it turned out to be a sponge cake with tons of whipped cream and white chocolate chips On top of that,the cake was sticking to d box from one side due to which the whipped cream had been spoiled and the message on the top of cake was just few broken strands of whipped cream.When confronted, the owner of the bakery kept on insisting that it actually is a cheese cake inside whipped cream.Imagine!!!And he refused to take responsibility for the mess of the message,claiming that it was d fault of the delivery boy.Even delivery boy refused saying that they deliver what they get Anyways,I wud not recommend anyone to go to this bakery if they don't want to spoil...

I recently ordered a cake from 7th Heaven, GT Road, and I am extremely disappointed with what I received. The cake was stale, hard, and difficult to cut with a knife. It seemed like the base was old and just wrapped in fresh cream and covered with fruits. They didn't even bother to remove the seeds from the apple slices, and the apple thalamus was left on the cake, which is inedible.

To make matters worse, after cutting into the cake, I found fungus on one of the portions. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of their products.
