Roti wala — Restaurant in Punjab

I recently visited Roti Wala Fine Dine Restaurant near Mittal Mall in Bathinda, and I must say, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. This was my second visit to the restaurant. My first visit was fantastic, with excellent service and great food quality, which made me eager to return. However, this time around, everything seemed to have changed for the worse.

From the moment I walked in, the service felt off. The staff appeared uninterested and inattentive. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, my order was delayed, and even after repeated requests, it felt like the staff was deliberately ignoring customer concerns. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism in their approach, which was quite frustrating.

The most disappointing part was the food quality. What was once a highlight of my visit has now become a major letdown. The dishes lacked the freshness and taste that I had previously enjoyed. The flavors were bland, and it felt like minimal effort had been put into the preparation. It was evident that the restaurant's standards had significantly declined.

Overall, the experience was far from what I had expected based on my earlier visit. Poor service, inattentive staff, and subpar food quality have completely changed my perception of this restaurant. I left feeling disappointed and regretting my decision to dine there again. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend Roti Wala Fine Dine Restaurant and would advise others to reconsider if they are looking for a good dining experience. The food is good, ample parking space, the carrot pickle they serve is different along with sirka onion, a red chutney Is a good combination in your meal. Two other things different about this restaurant was 9 types of mukhawas and the theme of shri gurdas Mann sahab...( You may check the photos) .
