ALASKA RESTAURANT & CAFE — Restaurant in Punjab

The ac were not working. The weather is already so hot that when we first enter the restaurant very bad smell was coming and there was alot of humidity. They have placed padestal fans (standing fans) for each table, which was not comfortable. They offer unlimited buffet for 250 rupe, which is good, food was really very tasty, but what i saw online that they give unlimited buffet and the lady was saying we offer 2-3 types of sweet dishes which is obviously is included in unlimited buffet. I thought its like bbq nation. But there was a slight change in dessert menu. I am a sweet tooth person and so is my family. As shown in the video they have placed sweet dishes on table, which i now think was for the promotion or showoff. So i asked the waiter for sweet dishes, they themselves prepare the ice cream in a tinni tiny bolws which is ok, but when i ask them and my other family members ask for more They said you will get only one time. So i said fine, can you give me gulab jamun. And they said you will get only one sweet dish. And from inside i was shocked. That if you offer one sweet dish then why were you saying in video that we have 2-3 sweet dishes and its included in unlimited buffet and instead if you are offering one sweet dish(ice cream) then why its if for one time, why it is not included in unlimited buffet. So i didn't like the atmosphere and this thing. The service was also ok-ish. M not going there...

I had a disappointing experience at Alaska Restaurant. They offer a variety of food and cafe items, but unfortunately, the quality was far from satisfying. We ordered some curry, and the taste was simply awful. It was hard to enjoy any part of the meal.

Additionally, the customer service was a major letdown. There was an older woman, who I’m not sure was the owner or a staff member, but her behavior was incredibly rude. She seemed to have no idea how to communicate with customers, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Overall, my visit to Alaska Restaurant was a very negative one, and I would not recommend...

Fraudsters and scammers in Alaska restaurant Amritsar. I had really bad experience with Alaska on celebrating my birthday party. I won’t recommend going there. They are fraudsters as they have charged us for 5 extra people. We only had 29 guests and they charged us for 34 for no reason. Food was really heavy and their service was not good. We had to wait for over an hour for the restaurant owner to count our guests and my kids were really fed up. We ended up paying more. They are scammers. We came from UK to celebrate birthday in there restaurant we had really worst experience. I won’t recommend...
