Barbeque Nation - Pathankot — Restaurant in Punjab

It was very unpleasant experience to be here and my guests were highly dissatisfied with the staff appointed for service.

Actually,I booked this place for 50 guests well in advance. And while booking I shared my experience about BB nation ,sector 26 chandigarh and I also talked with manager that I want that standard of services and food and he assured me the same.

But when we reached the place I was shocked that for my 50 guests only 3 staff members were appointed. I complained to manager, but as there were not appropriate number of staff members available in restaurant, so no more service persons were given and that led to delivery of inadequate services.

Due to this guests waited for long times and some complained the food was not served hot.

I was shocked at that time when my guests were demanding to eat MALAI KULFI and KESAR PISTA KULFI, but that was not available there. Even after many reminders, manager was unable to provide. Also there was no fixed staff at kulfi counter.

So I recommend all to always go for party in barbeque nation of some big cities such as Amritsar, Chandigarh or Jalandhar as the standard of food and services is not as required.

Also never go to this place with more than 10 guests as it is not possible for them to manage.

Finally, I never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant and try in Sector 26 to...

It was once again good Experience at Barbeque Nation ! The staff was also helpful but there was only one problem with some of the staf who was serving they was taking much time to cook food for you with which we got disappointed little bit but the manager was too good and he was also trying to help us in many ways even he gave his best to help us several times for having food and even in telling us the issue with which they was getting late to serve food! That's y I am rating this as 5 stars because we can understand his problem too at that time it was top crowded and all the members working there trying to serve food to everyone on time !

And if we talk about the quality of food it was quiet good! You have also choices of low spicy medium spicy and many more choices like this !
