BIG B — Restaurant in Punjab

Positive points:

The food of this place was just awesome. We tried Achari Paneer Tikka and Veg Manchurian in starters. Both were cooked to perfection. The paneer was extremely soft. Then we had Veg Manchow soup, that was also good. In main course, we had Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala alongwith Butter Naan and Butter Roti. That was also tasty. We couldn't taste the desserts here as we went to celebrate birthday here, and we were having cake to eat as dessert.

Ambience is also very good.

Negative points:

When we entered, I told the waiter to bring the cake from car. He said yes, but didn't go. After 5 minutes, when I again said, he said that you'll be eating the cake at last only. When I said that due to heat, cake may get distorted, then again he said that he will bring, but didn't go again. Finally I had to go myself to bring the cake. The waiters here have arrogant attitude, and don't even care what customers here ask for.

There were 3 waiters in the whole restaurant, and around people were sitting on 5 tables. All the 3 waiters were seen standing near the bar, chit chatting to each other. When we needed anything, they were not interested in seeing whether any of the tables need anything or not.

So, the waiters here think very high of themselves, and they don't think it's their duty to follow customer's requests, and to keep a look on all tables to see whether anyone need anything or not. Therefore, MINUS 3 stars for just the WEIRD ATTITUDE of the waiters here, which ruined our mood, and ofcourse...

I recently ate at BIG B, and it was a terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was awful and the staff was incredibly rude.

Our server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by any questions we asked about the menu. When we asked for suggestions, the server just shrugged and said, "Pick something."

The food was another disappointment. It took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and tasteless. I had steak that was overcooked and tough, while my partner’s pasta was bland and mushy. We tried to get our server’s attention to fix the issues, but we were ignored.

The restaurant was loud and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy our meal. When we complained to the manager, they were defensive and didn’t apologize.

Overall, BIG B was a complete letdown. The terrible service and rude staff ruined our evening. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go...

N also a Family restaurant.. Food was good !!! Quantity was good enough for 3-4 persons of butter chicken!!! ♥

ND me n my frnd also tried one starter Called chilly chicken 😍 it was also yummy.. If any day u cum here u ll not waste ur money.... Try dis recommended dishes!! ND yes I only prefer boneless chicken!!! 😀😀😀
