Bikanervala | Dhillon Plaza Zirakpur — Restaurant in Punjab

On 26.01.22 I visited Bikanerwala in Dhillon Plaza Mall, Zeerakpur, near Chandigarh.This mall is a deserted mall, there is no people footfall here in this mall.Ladies wash room was dirty and dinning area yellow chairs were also dirty. Food items available in this restaurant were old enough to consume as very less number of customer come here in this mall.I took Raj kachori, it was substandard (main body of Rajkachori in which curd, veg, etc. are filled was of poor quality due to expiry and substandard quality) I made complain about quality, then they offered me Masala Dosa free of cost, but it seemed that Dosa maker was not a professional cook he made poor quality dosa (not crispy at all ) may be due to old raw material, sambhar was made hot in micro wave which shows that it was not fresh (although its taste was good), coconut chutney was bitter and not worth to eat. I would advise people that pl avoid this restaurant. Bikaner wala, opposite to "Metro Store" in Zeerakpur may be better choice for veg food lovers.If you order food online to Bikaner wala then insist in your order that it should not be supplied from Dhillon Plaza branch restaurant. Sweets kept here also seemed old...

Not very good experience. The prices are very high and service levels are extremely poor especially considering the fast food kind of outlet for which people come to them. Many options in menu are not available. Less staff which delays food preparation and you have to constantly keep chasing and pushing them for your order servicing. Quantity served is not enough and you end up paying hefty amount to take extra serving. E.g. they give very small quantity of chole which is not sufficient for two bathura and then u need to pay Rs 100 for small additional servicing of chole otherwise your bathura is also waste :-). You ask them to swap an option of roti in thali with another type of roti, they will simply deny. Ghar ki thali etc are not available as fulka is not available and every person ends up paying heavily for Deluxe thali. Then roti sizes are so small that you have to pay for extra rotis in any case again going to queue and waiting for long time to get an extra roti. Overall a very bad experience. Better u go to some other food options which are plenty...
