My recent visit to the Burger King outlet left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The experience was marred by a series of challenges that I encountered, making it one of the worst dining experiences I've had.
Upon arriving at the outlet, I was greeted by a long queue, which I expected due to the popularity of Burger King. However, the waiting time exceeded any reasonable expectations, and it became apparent that the management was struggling to handle the influx of customers effectively.
The real shock came when, after enduring the lengthy wait, I was informed that the outlet could only accept cash payments. In an era where digital transactions are the norm, this archaic payment method was not only inconvenient but also bewildering. It's incredibly disappointing to think that such a well-known global chain would fail to provide the basic convenience of multiple payment options.
As if the payment inconvenience wasn't enough, I discovered that this was a recurring issue at the outlet. It was disheartening to realize that many customers had been facing the same ordeal regularly. The poor service and lack of foresight demonstrated a disregard for customer experience and convenience.
This particular Burger King outlet's inefficiency and disregard for modern practices reflect poorly on the brand's reputation. It's unfortunate that what should have been a straightforward dining experience turned into a disappointing and frustrating ordeal. Witnessing fellow customers growing visibly irritated and eventually leaving for nearby alternatives only confirmed the extent of the problem.
In the name of Burger King, this outlet is a disgrace. The brand's reputation for serving delicious burgers was overshadowed by a lack of operational competence and an utter disregard for the convenience of its patrons. It's my hope that the management takes swift action to address these issues and restore the outlet's standing in the eyes of...
Read morePre-script: The amount of fake comments here, especially after my review. How many customers would know the staff members names?
Had the most derogating experience. The staff has rude and highly unprofessional. There was no staff to take payment after the order placement. After calling multiple times, the staff member came retuctantly, and pretented that the system had some problem, so the order couldn't be processed. But, there was no issue for the customers who came after. On pointing this he took the order reluctantly. When at the table, which was dirty from the previous customer, the other staff member kept staring and didn't seem interested to clean the table. Had to ask multiple time for that as well. Then the order took forever to get ready, or so they told. Several customers who came after, got their order, we were patiently waiting still while we enquired for it 3-4 times. Then being asked again, pointing the situation, the staff member started making excuses that the order was a take away and what not. As if any could be a justifiable reason for the delay. And then said the order is already packed. When taking it, we realised another staff member laughing off at the situation like there was some show going on. Upon sighting such unprofessional behaviour by the staff, it didn't seem the food could be safe and not tampered with. Upon which we asked for a refund and returned the food. This caused time waste and unnecessary drama. People traveling long journeys came here to take a break and this is how they are treated. I also wanna add that here i see multiple instances when you post apology for customer having bad experience. But, use is that if they are mere words. I am deeply angry and upset about what happened, hence, I'll be filing complain with the...

Today I went to Burger King and I have noticed a change in their Marketing strategy that is they have now added medium meals in display and have removed regular meal prices so those who are new customers or aren't paying attention will obviously order what's given on screen.
Secondly you have right to ask for regular meal so don't hesitate.
Thirdly do check your bill because if you have ordered regular meal they might add cheese slices to get their incentive.
Last but the biggest one:
The sale person came and switched off the screen displaying their affordable meals including crispy veg, crispy chicken so when the new customers came they were insisting on buying their whopper and other meals that are more costlier. This made me furious and I had ordered 2 regular crispy veg meals so I opened my bill in phone and to my surprise he added cheese slices to my meal also without my permission and when I confronted him he returned me the money and said please don't stand in line wait outside."slow claps"
Attaching bill for reference. Don't send me a message saying our team is looking into it please share email id because I know you people don't care about your customers and will...
