The Cream Way — Restaurant in Punjab

I went there today at 8:00pm and placed an order, after making us wait for half an hour one of the employees came and informed me that they forgot to turn on the gas so the frying oil is not hot enough therefore I need to wait for five minutes more. I was hesitant but I agreed to stay since I was already waiting from half and hour. After 15 minutes they gave my order to some other customer and I was looking here and there completely clueless about what’s going on since I had placed my order before that customer did. Finally at 8:50 after waiting for total 50 minutes I stood up and talked to the manager who straight up ignored me and pretended to be on the phone. They were completely unapologetic about the whole situation..NO SORRY nothing at all. The customer whom they gave my order also left it in between and walked out the place. While they were leaving I asked them what was wrong with the order and they said it was burnt and tasted horrible and also that it was not what they had ordered. I usually never post negative reviews ever but since these people did not even have the curtesy to say sorry I had to do it. Whenever I use to pass by this place I use to wonder why this place is always empty, now I know the reason why ! Very bad service 👎👎👎👎👎 I wish I could...

Had a really bad experience here. I was here with my family and they didn't had place to sit, so we decided to wait. After 5-7 minutes some more people came (11 were there) they said in front of us that there's no place to sit here and already there's waiting so let's go somewhere else. When one table got free and I went there asked them to get the table cleaned the person on the bill counter lied saying that they have this table reserved so you will have to wait. If they reserved the table before us then why was that table given to someone else. Why would they say it's already crowded let's go somewhere else.

They clearly gave preference to them as they were 11 people and we were just 5. Ridiculous! No respect...
