Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

This review is not based on a single dining experience, but DOZENS of attempts. This is the worst restaurant in town, and I believe the worst Burger King in the country.

Bad service, bad attitudes, sub-par food, and they are almost always out of something (coke, ketchup, etc). Orders are never completely correct. Unbelievable that they have managed to stay in business.

This last attempt...and I mean LAST in the sense that I will never go here again...we decided to go there Saturday after haveli . My wife and I joked on the way about what items they are going to be out of this time. We never got to find out because NO ONE WOULD TAKE OUR ORDER. We stood at the counter, and waited, and waited, and waited. They were not busy inside and only had 1 car in the drive thru...however the staff was all back in the kitchen griping and complaining about something. They saw us out there waiting at the counter, but that wasn't important.

We left and took our business elsewhere, and we will never go back. @burgerking.in please change the staff specially...

I recently visited Burger King and had a generally satisfying experience. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I ordered a Whopper meal, and as always, the flame-grilled patty had that distinct smoky flavor that sets Burger King apart from other fast food chains. The fries were hot and crispy, and the soft drink was perfectly chilled.

The staff was polite and efficient, handling the order quickly even during a busy lunch hour. The menu also offered a good variety, including vegetarian options and seasonal limited-time items.

That said, some areas could be improved. The self-service kiosk was a bit slow, and the seating area was a little crowded. But overall, it was a solid fast-food experience at a reasonable...

One of the worst experience to have at burger King, staff was not at all professional and they were worst at customer service. I placed my order in waiting for around 30 mins nothing came over. When I checked they forget to get it prepared and cleared my order of the screen thinking that it was already served. When I checked with them the excused they gave was my order was big. What kind of fast food restaurant says that. My order was 123 they skipped it and served the orders till 128. And I can clearly see that the burgers I ordered were placed at the back and no one cares to bring it upfront just to serve the customer. All in all very bad management and unsatisfactory...
