Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

Had a really frustrating experience at the Burger King drive-thru. We pulled up to place an order and waited 15 minutes, but no one was there to take it. Eventually, we had to send my brother inside just to let them know we were still waiting at the window. Not sure if they were short-staffed or just not paying attention, but this was unacceptable.

To make things worse, my drink was supposed to be without ice (as clearly stated on the receipt), but it was full of ice. On top of that, the chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry, almost burnt, instead of being fresh and juicy. Definitely not the kind of service or...

burger king is really a big brand but some people for their benefits put the brand aside i m very upset with the services of this particular burger king i want to order monsoon meal but they said they don't have cold drink and u have to pay extra for cold coffee because there is no cold coffee in the meal this is rediculous you r running such a brand with these type of services this happens with me 2 times if u dont have the facilities then why r u running these outlets and why should i pay extra if its ur fault totally worthless services pls owner pay ur attention...

The opening time is 10 AM. I entered around 10:15 AM. The weather out side is almost 40°. The AC inside was off. I requested the staff to turn on the AC twice and then they turned on. I was completely sweating due to the heat when my food arrived at my table. Worst service I will say. I will not suggest anyone to eat here.
