KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

The store is at its worst it could ever be . Staff is unprofessional and most importantly they don't give bills now . They'll say you'll get a bill with order.. and then they mess-up the order and won't accept mistakes & later will try to make it up by providing the mistakes for free , such a disrespect to customers . Always tell the cashier to give the bill after payment right away and check for your phone number in the bill because lately many KFC outlets including this store are putting other mobile numbers on Bills to give themselves a five star feedback & Such a shame that despite it being a franchise of "KFC" the experience is worse than a roadside eatery & please atleast have the decency to fix your taps so that your customers can wash their hands without looking like a clown . I won't recommend KFC KAPURTHALA for...

the behaviour of the staff was very rude .so what happen my friend wants to use the washroom cuz uska pet bhut kharab tha and he took much much time in the washroom .so after coming from the washroom he ordered 2 icecream for us that was around 30-40 rs then the staff said to him u took too much time in washroom and u took only this 80 rs something icecream ....it was very very rude hiw can he say that?? first of we can use any washroom if its emergency and secondary our wish if we want to order something cheap... Itna attitude a gya kfc...

Worst KFC ever been to. Chicken is neither fresh nor it is cooked properly. Staff is also untrained and don’t even acknowledge any complaints.

Edit: went again after 1 year… the guy on the counter was least interested to take any order. Told me only fried chicken buckets are available. It’s 8.30 and we will not cook rice and make burgers now. Two guys were just sitting and gossiping in kitchen. Can anyone let me know if KFC has been undertaken by government.

Don’t go with 5star reviews.. so cheap to buy...
