Burger Singh — Restaurant in Punjab

Ordered from Burger Singh on Saturday night via Zomato because, silly me, I thought I’d treat myself to a nice meal with a drink I actually paid for. Turns out, that was just wishful thinking.

The drink? Magically vanished. Not forgotten by the delivery guy—he was great. It simply never left the restaurant. Maybe it evaporated? Maybe Burger Singh’s drinks are now imaginary? Who knows.

I immediately called their support line—because, again, I’m old-fashioned and like to receive what I pay for. The response? Radio silence… until three days later, when I was told, very casually, that they were too busy celebrating a festival to respond. And now, bonus round, they need another 24–48 hours to “look into it.”

I didn’t realize I was entering a bureaucratic black hole just by ordering a soft drink. I was hungry, thirsty, and expecting food—not a delayed email chain and ghosted support.

went there recently. Saw their inflation mukt combo on their board which was catchy so went there to try it. But after going there, got to know that they do not have it. They don't even had any types of fries which they showcase on their boards. Tried their gulabo lemonade which was pathetic. Veg snacker burger was good. Also tried their crunchy burger which was also good.
