ambience good even menu card also, service is also good but overall the food which we visit mainly for , is not upto the mark. very less cheese in the burger especially burger patty size is good but a little bit smelly and cartilage in it. mutton burger patty I can expect but for a chicken burger patty ... so smelly may be using the old stock. First time ever in life I tasted like this kind of chicken patty burger ... yuk .. very bad for a brand like this when I came to know that this is a sister concern of La Pinoz.. Peach tea and french fries is real good .. pricing is also ok but chicken basket is not really upto the mark .. very spicy marination .. strips , wings all taste same and even some pieces are not well cooked .. quite raw.. when informed the counter they said we have a timer based cooking so it's not our fault exactly we can change if u want Ridiculous .. bro u people are hampering your own good ol reputation won't recommend to any1 ... especially burger lovers ... KFC is much more better than this. I'm a great fan of La Pinoz always but not for this one. wanted to come with my whole family but sorry not for me atleast for a repeat visit .. no way .. .. even burger lovers if u really love american burgers then go somewhere else .. this is desi type and will...

I ordered 3 burgers and 24 pcs boneless chicken from Lord Petrick. This order was a total wastage of money as the food was not at all edible. The food was too oily and quality was extremely poor. Burgers were incomplete, there was nothing in the burger except patty, no sauces and other ingredients. Burger buns were not fresh. There was hardly any chicken pieces in boneless chicken, just oily coating, which didnt looked edible. The food was also not packed properly and mishandled. We have to throw away the same in dustbin.

We called restaurant and looks like they were not bothered at all. Check the attached photo of burger, I have never seen such a thin burger in my life.

Soo bad ... Itna gnda cooking ... I am a regular customer of la pinos from last 3 4 years never had such a bad experience.. order 2 things one was uncooked and one was burnt .. n it had some red thing on a cheese garlic breads.. very unprofessional.. never ever suggest anyone to order from them.. and la pinos official please look in to their staff .. very...
