Disappointing Experience at Cafe 21 :-

I recently visited Cafe 21 to pick up a grilled sandwich, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While ordering, they themselves asked whether I wanted to eat there or get it packed, and I clearly told them to pack it. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, they served the sandwich on a plate for dine-in. When I reminded them that I asked for packing, the owner acknowledged the mistake but packed it carelessly, wasting more time.

The sandwich, priced at ₹100, was more expensive than what I typically pay (₹70) in Chandigarh, where it’s packed much better in a proper box. Here, they just wrapped it in aluminum foil, which caused it to cool down by the time we got home, and it also got soggy due to poor packing. It wasn’t even properly covered, which added to the disappointment.

Overall, the poor service, careless packing, and overpriced food make it hard to recommend this cafe. Definitely not...

This café is located directly opposite virsat e Khalsa in the city of Anandpur Sahib, Punjab.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but went ahead anyways and ordered a large, farmhouse pizza. I’m actually, very satisfied with the pizza. It was cheesy, plenty of toppings, and the crust was nice and soft. Definitely one of the better pizza spots I’ve been to in Punjab. I highly recommend if you are in the city. We absolutely loved coming to this cafe! The ambiance is perfect, with live plants lining the windows, and one wall of open windows to let light in. The owner was very helpful in clarifying what our order was and helping to modify the order when we wanted something different.
