Castle Bakers — Restaurant in Punjab

Initially when they started, the presentation was wonderful , the food was served in glass bowls and plates with a proper presentation. But now, there is no focus on presentation, the food is served in disposable. Even the shakes, which looks very odd. Recently during my visit with my mother, our phone's network stopped working and we requested for wifi password, as there was some important payment to be done that time but they refused saying that it is not allowed from the owner side . I found it weird bcoz as a regular customer it was just a small thing that could have been done as a gesture. So thumbs down👎 for this attitude. So thts what makes Starbucks different from local cafes where they don't question you for using their wifi. It's free...

On priority I demand from every customer of castle bakers to visit personally there and don't make any online order thru any Delivery app.as I experienced bad things with my online orders ,please visit yourself and collect your order personally .It's nice Shop with a huge variety of bakery products,you can even taste before purchasing,lot more to say ,Owner is most attentive and Quick Shopping noticed here,Go and Enjoy full variety of...

I called at the bakery to place an order for delivery but the guy over the phone didn't listen to me at all and did not take my order over the phone. He asked me to whatsapp him instead. I asked him to atleast tell me about the cakes available for delivery, he said I should check the photos on Google. They don't even have a menu online. Poor customer...
