UPDATED REVIEW: PATHETIC EXPERIENCE with NAVRATRI THALI

I recently ordered their Navratri thali after seeing it's advertisement on INSTAGRAM, expecting it to be prepared in accordance with fasting guidelines. However, to my utter disappointment, I found pieces of ONION in the dish, which is not to be consumed during Navratri fasting. This oversight is concerning, especially since the meal was advertised as being compliant with fasting practices. When I tried to contact them, there was no justification given for the act, not even an apology was asked. Rather to add insult to injury, when I pointed this out, they asked me to wash the onion pieces and then click it's picture. How disrespectful is that? For those observing Navratri Fast would understand it's not a small mistake, instead it shows a complete lack of regard for customers and their dietary restrictions. So, I would urge others to be cautious when ordering from here because this place is not worth the RISK!

2 Years OLD REVIEW: Chai Sutta Bar is the newly opened cafe in Faridkot. It's situated just opposite to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, close to Sadiq Chowk. The ambiance of this place was decent and the interiors are definitely stunning. On my visit to this place, it kind of looked congested to me maybe due to the excessive crowd over there. Also, had to wait for 20 minutes for getting a seat and 40 minutes for the order to get prepared. Taste of the tea was great and the sandwiches tasted good. Talking about the kulhad pizza, it was fine but didn't taste that well as it was reheated. Overall, the place is amazing and is a must visit. Maybe, they just need to make some kind of changes in their sitting arrangement so that they're able to accommodate more customers. However, I would be giving 4 stars and looking forward for much better experience...

1. Just came home from Fdk’s chai sutta bar. Bought muffins and they are literally overcooked and don't seem fresh. Tried to contact you over the phone call but no use. I'm disappointed about their products and services. Hope to get a call back from them and get a refund. Because I gonna throw out these muffins. 2)The outside furniture is fully covered with dust. 3)They took orders of momos and after 10-12 minutes they came with an excuse that they just had a half plate of that.
