This place thrives on the plight of customers who don’t have any other options in the vicinity.

They either prepare wrong items in an order or forget items all together. Happens 1 out of 3 times.

Have some awesome food options and good taste but service is mediocre and flawed.

Sometimes to fulfil online orders from Swiggy their is delay of the orders from customers sitting in the restaurant.

This is a repetitive occurrence.

The Ambience was good in 2016-17 but now due to lack of maintenance and upkeep, the seats are worn out and wall paint is distorted with dirt patches and filth.

Better to avoid until you crave for their food but again the ambience is...

Illiterate and rude staff.. They switched off the lights and ac while we were eating food stating the shop closes at 10pm . They just wanted to go home and close the shop .. the time was 9.50pm not even 10pm . The person on the billing counter repeatedly argued that we will close shop at 10pm even if h have food on ur plate … no customer sense and basic ethics … We literally left food in out plate...

Ambience and the quality of food can be improved. The way of serving the bunch of items if person ordered can be done in some order so as it would not create havoc in dining table which one to pick first. But having such places in the small cities is still a great thing to have and it is good to enjoy some quality time over...
