Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Punjab

I placed an order from swiggy and accidentally, the restaurant forgot to deliver the entire order. But the manager had the courtesy to call me and ask if there is something they could do to compensate. So I placed an order trusting chinese wok again situated at landran road, mohali and I must say... the really know how to keep their customers happy. I must say that that the noodles and dim sums I was offered were absolutely incredible.

Talking about the menu Let's start with the noodles. The menu boasted a wide variety of noodle dishes, ranging from traditional classics to creative and innovative combinations. I ordered garlic noodles and I must admit that The aroma elevated the dish to a whole new level, leaving me craving for more even after the bowl was empty. Each bite was an explosion of rich, savory goodness that kept me coming back for more.

Now, onto the dim sums that i ordered. The selection of dim sum available was truly impressive and showcased the chef's meticulous attention to detail. The steamed cheese dumplings practically melted in my mouth, with the delicate, translucent wrappers revealing a filling bursting with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The dim sum was beautifully presented and served with precision and care.

the outlet on Landran Road, Mohali. This is the 2nd time I have visited, and every single time the staff refused to let us dine in, forcing us to order online. Then why the hell do you have dine-in seating if you don’t allow customers to use it?

On Google, your closing time is clearly mentioned as 11 PM, yet you don’t allow people to sit and eat. Today in heavy rain, with waterlogged roads and no Zomato/Swiggy delivery available, we still made the effort to come all the way just to enjoy food. And again, your staff shamelessly told us to order online. When I confronted them, they lied saying “our computer is not working” — while I literally saw them punching orders on the same system.

This is absolutely pathetic service, misleading customers again and again. If dine-in is not allowed, then stop showing dine-in timings on Google and stop wasting people’s time and effort. What’s the point of running a restaurant if you’re going to turn away customers who actually...

This is hands down the worst place I've ever visited to dine. The food was so bad that I genuinely believe roadside vendors could put this so-called Chinese Wok to shame. The dishes were tasteless, poorly prepared, and far from anything remotely close to authentic. I couldn't find a single thing on the menu worth eating.

The most shocking part was the state of the place itself. It was swarming with flies and mosquitoes, making it impossible to enjoy a meal even if the food had been decent. Basic hygiene seems to be a foreign concept here. Tables were sticky, the floor was filthy, and the overall atmosphere was repulsive.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, that's not an option, so I'm forced to give it the minimum. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. You're better off eating from a street vendor; at least they care about their food...
