Pizza Hut | Landra Road, Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

Unhygienic place, there are lots of insects after 6 pm every time you visit, 1 or 2 may fall in your food.

When we asked the management, they literally said “yeh to is tym hote hi hai”. We had to change our table to the one where there is no light was hanging over the table for the 2nd time. Even the table was not clean and on request they just removed dirty plates but the food remains were lying on the table and they did not even bother to wipe them.

Poor management, irresponsible staff, asked us to wait for 30 to 40 minutes due to rush when asked for pizza, they served it, then we had to wait for plates for 5 mins, the pizza was not hot at all.

When we complained, they said to expect better service next time.

This was 2nd bad experience at this outlet, will never gonna dine in there.

I always prefer pizza hut over the other ones, but this outlet is like a stain on the name...

I will rate zero the don't even deserve rating . I order a pizza regular pizza because their rating is good on Swiggy i thought it was good but once i received the pizza the smell very bad the corn and the capsicum are very smell but i ignore it and eat it but once i ate after few minutes i started vomiting with the name of pizza they are playing with people health . The cost of the pizza is Rs334 and now i m taking medicine my digestive system is disturbed so i suggest everyone never ever order from pizza hut if you love your health the are poor people playing...

Am highly disappointed with the quality of food served, the pathetic attitude of the staff and the most horrible service I witnessed at this Pizza Hut outlet. The staff doesn't know about the menu, a single person is managing the cash counter , delivery as well as preparing the Pizza. Keeping the customers waiting for a long long time is new normal for them and they even tell the customers to leave if they can't wait. Highly...
