Domino's Pizza | Aero Arcade, Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

Yesterday I ordered food from Domino’s Aero Arcade, Mohali. My order number was 186. At first the order was placed and confirmed. It kept saying Baking your food - believing that I started waiting for my food. It was almost an hour and still the order wasn’t ready. I tried to call the number given by app for this Place around 10 times but no one answered. Then finally one guy picked up my call on another number. I asked him about my order and he said it’s been prepared already and rider has left for your place. When i replied that app is still saying baking and no one has come yet then he replied that our riders are denying to come to your side because they complain that our bike gets broken in that area. I live in a good locality so I reply back - if that’s the case then why my car doesn’t get broken as I travel from same road every single day. Then he said I don’t know why riders don’t want to go to your location. I got frustrated and said it’s your responsibility to get it done and deliver my food it the order has been confirmed. You didn’t even cancel my order so that I get to know that food is not coming. Then he said I will cancel your order now and hung up on me. I got really frustrated with all this. I am highly dissatisfied with the behavior of the staff at this Domino's restaurant. Although my location was correctly detected on the Domino's app, the delivery partner argued and refused to deliver to my location. They consistently lied, claiming the distance was too far, despite the actual distance being only 3.9 km—well within Domino's delivery radius of approximately 5 km.

When I contacted the store, they informed me that the delivery partner had lied to them as well. My pizza was eventually delivered after 40 minutes, but I did not receive any compensation for the delay, which is against Domino's policy.

Overall, this experience felt like a complete scam. Domino's customer support was unhelpful and unprofessional. It’s better to opt for local pizza outlets that value their customers rather than dealing with such poor service...

I wish i had option to rate it zero If you are accepting orders online they don’t deliver after 1hr they tell order cannot be delivered There were 4 people to take order but only two people in the kitchen preparing food There are people who ordered online they accepted the order after 1hr when there was no update on app then they were 2 people who came to pickup at store or ask them atleast to cancel the order There is no customer support on the app and the store contact number that they give doesn’t work Dominos people really like your order and I being regular customer is extremly disappointed that after standing for 50 min to take my order they told it will take 10-20 min more.
