Domino's Pizza | Joginder Nagar, Jalandhar — Restaurant in Punjab

We ordered two pizzas – one non-veg, one veg – and one garlic bread with corn stuffing. However, when we received the order, we only got one non-veg pizza and the stuffed garlic bread.

We had ordered a cheese burst non-veg pizza, but the chicken pieces were too hard and difficult to chew. On top of that, one of my friends is vegetarian, and since the veg pizza was missing, it created a big issue. When we raised the complaint, we were told to order the veg pizza again, so we ordered a Veg Farmhouse pizza.

It took almost 25 minutes to prepare. When I asked at the counter why it was taking so long when there were no pending orders, the staff casually replied that they didn’t have the required items and had just gone to buy them from outside. It was shocking to hear this from a brand like Domino’s.

Assistant was very Professional and understood my complaint to the fullest with no attitude…Got right to the problem at hand and rectified the situation without it going overboard or to the next level, my problem was heard and not just given attitude, very, very Professional. 10/10 that that she resolved my problem and rectified the situation without further speaking to a higher figure! According to my personal experience the atmosphere is very neat & clean and attractive. I usually go there with my friends and family to have tasty meals and do party sometimes.
