Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

I visited yesterday with my parents . The staff was not very quick with the orders . Had to wait for a long time before getting half of the order and had to wait for the remaining half . The female staff was rude and arrogant and was mostly busy in talking then completing the orders they had . Even though there were only 2-3 family's with. 2,-3 members only they had taken an half hour to complete 2 orders on one ours ( in which fries were yet to be done as at this point we were so done with them so took the stuff they had prepared till then of our order ). They need training in work management and how to behave with customers! As their behaviour will make u lose...

Mishandled the order:

Staff is not up to the mark. Service is again poor. My order was 246 and there was nothing in their screen for this order and in preparing it was orders after 248 when I asked n show ed them they are like let me see. They kind of skipped my order. When I reminded they started to prepare so I feel staff is not responsible enough to handle customer rather busy in chit chat. Hopefully they will improve their services soon. Poor service and delivered incomplete order. I order 2 extra crunchy veg whopper with cheese. It was an takeaway order. When I was going to eat my burger at home there is no cheese slice inside it plus there is no sauces at all. As this also happened with me earlier during collecting my order I confirmed with the employee that have you put cheese slices in my burgers he said 'Yes'. This shows how careless the staff is.
