Domino's Pizza | Kabir Park, Amritsar — Restaurant in Punjab

I usually enjoy Domino’s, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.I recently placed an online order which was abruptly cancelled without any explanation. There was no communication, no update, and certainly no accountability for the inconvenience caused. To make things worse, a person claiming to be the manager called me and asked for an OTP — despite no delivery attempt being made. This is extremely concerning and feels like a potential scam or a clear violation of customer security protocols. Under no circumstances should an OTP be requested unless a product is physically being handed over. Food quality is good ...but service is too much late and during eat the food the staff was used abuse language with each other .i just still remember i am the one of the customer that day and around time is 11.05 the delivery boys gathered stand near the counter and using the faul language with each other even all are knowing that i am sit there but seriously i didn't enjoy my meal just finished. So thats is worst thing for me.this branch name is kabir park.and one more thing my pizza provide me with very worst way open box and asking me wanna eat here or take away i said eat here then that gave me the open box without lid i feel like a beggar ...so again i will never ever visit in...

Ordered a pizza and had it delivered after 1 hour 40mins. Called the branch 2 times and they had said they will be sending a fresh hot pizza as soon as possible as they have exceeded their 1 hour delivery time. The pizza had arrived rock solid like as if it had come out of a freezer. We had then got the delivery driver to call the store manager and he had said send the pizza back with no kind gesture. Just a waste of our time. I will now receive a reply saying to further contact dominos support but for what reason? When dominos should had resolved the issue right there and then.
