Absolutely pathetic service from this Domino’s outlet. My last 5 orders have been a complete disaster, but the worst experience was on 15th August 2025, thanks to an utterly careless and arrogant delivery driver named Kamal Kumar.

First, he didn’t even deliver my order. Instead, he was roaming around wasting time, dropping off other orders nearby, and eventually returned mine to the store without even trying properly. I called to ask what the hell happened, and he casually tells me he couldn’t find my location because of some “technical issue.” When I insisted on getting my food, his response was, “What can I do now? I’ll bring it in 10 minutes.” By this time, over 1.5 hours had passed. I told him the food would obviously be cold, and his reply? “Then cancel it,” with the most dismissive attitude I’ve ever seen.

To make it worse, this isn’t a one-off. The last 3 orders before this were all randomly cancelled at the last minute, each after I waited more than 40 minutes. And now, for the last 2 days, my orders are getting cancelled for no reason again.

This place has gone completely downhill — between the terrible delivery people and the constant cancellations, this Domino’s store clearly doesn’t care about customers anymore. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and dealing...

Well it is the worst outlet of dominos in amritsar.they are not even worth giving one star rating. Whenever you are trying to make an order after11pm they definitely cancel your order by raising a technical issue not only this but also when the system shows that 30minutes guranty delivery an executive will call you and tell you that your order will be delivered in 45minutes why is that?. And when we defend ourselves by telling them the policy of their own store they act so rude. I raised concern about this issue on dominos app but they closed the concern by themselves without even asking me the issue very bad service I highly suggest people not to order from there and look at this burger sides are over cooked worst...

"Terrible experience at this Domino's location at GROUND FLOOR 282 PRIDE TOWER 100 FEET ROAD, Sultanwind Rd, Gokal Ka Bagh, East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar. Took my family there and ordered 2 regular pizzas. We ended up waiting for over an hour while they only seemed to care about preparing online delivery orders.
