Domino's Pizza | Sector 32A, Ludhiana — Restaurant in Punjab

Not even worth single star... Dirtiest store i have ever visited in India ... Being an x employee of dominos, i feel so embarassed. The manger of this store is so sick and they cant even deliver the order on time. And the girl on the till or order counter is so iliterate and egoistic that she dont even know the policy of dominos. My order number was 403. I ordered it online from the store as i was feeling sick by seeing that much of dirt and food spread on the floor. And i didnt receive my order on given time. When i call for the enquiry i was treated so badly on phone that i really regret that i ordered the food from such filthy place. Dominos is an international company and i think these people should understand that they are representing that company in india and its not a indian dhaba. I have to say its a big fat no for me to ever visit dominos ever. In my opinion Dominos must shutdown such store instantly and give some knowledge to the employees who work for the dominos about the policy and...

We had the worst experience recently. Ordered 4 four pizzas and a garlic bread online. The order was placed before 11pm and once it was out for delivery, the driver's location was stuck there for around 15 minutes. My father had placed the order so he called the driver to check as it was already late and we had our guests waiting for our dinner. The driver said that he is gone to other Domino's branch to grab another order. Our pizzas were cold as expected and we were embarrassed as my dad had to go to driver's location, wait there,call him and then find out that he was actually somewhere else. The driver missed the dip with the garlic bread and we had to call him back to let him know. Though he did bring it afterwards. We had to reheat our pizzas and the quality was not even worth the money. Not sure if it's how Dominos work around here, but this is what happened with us a day ago. Worst experience ever.Give zero rating.Today I ordered online on app.App automatically took my order to sector 32 branch.Than Chetan named person called me and said i should have cancel order.I said there is no option in app where i can select from which outlet i want to order food.Than he told me he transferred my order to Rishi nagar branch.I called them the girl also mislead me and gave another number which is not working and said we did not receive order.I called that person 3-4 times.they did not pic.Its been 2 hour i did not receive my order.I am hungry and feeling too bad why i did prepaid order because that outlet place non reachable contact number in application.Now i am unable to get to whom i should contact.Shame on you dominos team for misleading and for not responding.I bave ordered at 6:00 pm.its7:43 pm now.the number they gave is non reachable.see how many calls i have tried and no one...
