Freshbites (Kulhad Pizza Couple) — Restaurant in Punjab

I do not even know from where to start. When I placed my order, they said you will have to wait fr an hour as there's a lot of rush. So I placed my order and came back after 1hr and 10 mins exactly and instead of helping me out, they asked me wait for another 30 mins as I came late. Chlo, that's still understandable. I literally waited for another hour at the same place so that I don't miss my order again.. total 2 hrs waste of time for this.. there was no taste like pizza, rather I found more paneer than the bread pieces. The female owner... she's there just to get pictures clicked.. that's it.. there's no management, when asked about the time, they have no idea.. people are literally standing there and waiting and the stall guys don't have the basic courtesy. Rather than helping the customers out or patiently asking them to wait, they say we will refund the amount back. I am not sure how are they running the business.. they are just viral and THAT'S IT. They need to learn the hospitality and management skills if they want to actually grow...

fresh bites the viral and trending food point of Jalandhar City or actually we can say trending food point in India. The crase of foodies went high to taste their quality food. Foodies from neighbouring cities like Jammu, Ludhiana, Amritsar visit here to taste their famous kulhad pizza, kulhad pasta and heart shape pizza. Instead the quality and quantity of pizza is very amazing. I recommend everyone to visit here..

Taste vise it's good but I have following problems with their business model

Payment is all cash which is not convenient at all. We can't order it online & has to stand on the line for 30-40 min on road to get this pizza

Went by considering publicity and found the products were just one time. Not good in taste as well as service was not good.

They are treating people like ohna te ehsaan krna kullad pizza de k. Now, if talk about kullad pizza it was just a mixture of large pieces of bun and a mix of sweet corn.

Also tried burger, oh v eve hi c. Better aa nehre wali kise rehri toh khaa lo.

Talking about hygine, they are not maintaining hygine at all. Knife thalle digiya ehdai chak k use kr liya atleast simple water nal wash krlo par nai time kithe hai apne kol.
