Sandz 360 Revolving Restaurant — Restaurant in Punjab

The food was amazing and so was the ambiance! There was not a single food item which disappointed me.

It will cost you around Rs.800 - Rs.1200 per person for à la carte (including snacks, main-course, a drink and dessert), depending upon your appetite.

Pros: Food quality Ambiance Price (considering above 2 points)

Cons: Might get stuck in jam as it is situated in a crowded area. Although there is underground parking available once you enter the building. The restaurant does not revolve all the time, there is some particular timing for the revolution.

I visited around 1pm, the restaurant was revolving but after some time it stopped and they said it will start at 8pm now. So if you want to enjoy the revolution fully, ask the timings...

I ordered soup from sandoz from Swiggy and just before the delivery boy was handing me over the order, both the hot soups got spilled over his bag and arm. He accidentally got himself burnt only because the packaging was pathetic.

He got panicked and started apologizing, I gave him tissues and things to get himself cleaned up. I reached out to Swiggy which eventually refunded me after 30 mins of explaining issue and told to take action against the restaurant.

Food quality is really bad. On complaining service guys said we will ask (to whom they will ask i dont know)

Butter naan was very hard. It just felt like they were brought from outside, reheated the same and served to us. In shahi paneer, the paneer was very hard just like rubber. The pizza base was thin but they were not able to maintain its crispyness which unfortunately leads to beyond its required level. If you are charging so high then you should deliver a good quality.

I don't think I will visit again with this kind of quality compared...
