We called around 1.55pm to the number mentioned in their website and the discussion was so smooth and immediately we had a quick chat in watsup and around 2.09pm the payment was made by us. Within 15 minutes, with an electrifying speed the order was placed with payments.

My friend received the surprise gift as scheduled between 8.30-9.00am on 29th March 2022. The Food was fresh & Quality was good, cake was awesome. we were able to see our friend happy on her Birthday.

I had ordered chana somasa, bread pakoda paneer samosa and sponge rasgulla on zomato app. All snacks items which I ordered are tastless, I ordered these for my few guest, came at my home, they all disappointed with the food quality. And one more thing,when It received my order, my sponge rasgulla was missing in my order... Then I called to restaurant team to inform about issue they said they will send mmy missing order, but after waiting for almost 2 hrs I have not received my missing order, then again I call to restaurant team, they said I have given bad rating so tthey cannt send my order... This is completely froud .. I have paid for my order and I have not received .... Will take this up... In court sooon.... I have all call recording witfoas an evidence, will share this. . . Guys will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.... They...

I am from chandigarh & very fond of having chole bhature at Gopals... Visited Gopal's, sarabha nagar ludhiana with my mom. I went to place order at cash counter morning around 10:30 am, 24th Julu'25 for one chole bhature & a grilled sandwich. Cash counter guy told me to go upstairs if i want to have sandwich & pay there only, bhature can be had sitting downstairs only. Mom has issues with climbing stairs, which I told the cashier. Still he insisted going upstairs & collect sandwich from there only. When asked can't your staff get it from upstairs as mom can't climb, he said that I need to go upstairs myself, in spite of serving staff free with ZERO guest in the whole showroom. With no offences to Gopal's food. Customer service is not their priority. Post this went to Gopal's, south city &...
