The management need to be more transparent...the hotel was empty when we went for lunch... We were charged more than mrp for water and 5/ glass which we took to drink water.... There was food left(chicken platter and naan) which we asked to pack, to our utter shock we saw the waiter at our table d using his hands to put the chicken in the box and the plate of the chicken player was kept on top of the naan... When asked why he did that he explained that the dining table is clean so it's not an issue and he did not find a spoon so he used his hands to pack the chicken....
