Kartar Manni Dhaba — Restaurant in Punjab

I have tried most of items from this restaurant but this was yesterday experience,I have ordered Kari Pakora full pate at time of order I have clearly mentioned to provide less spicy as my daughter need to have in her dinner. But literally when she tried on 1st bite she asked about water and said there is lot of mirchi and swear when I have taste that no one can eat that spicy kadi we need to throw in dustbin,wastage of money when I am telling to provide less spicy kadi then they need to clear mentioned customer boss our kadi is spicy one and kids can’t eat this. Food is okay but at the end it comes to how you treat people they are so rude, we are their regular customer from past 15 years and in our household in a week two three times we get some kind of sabji from there but they seriously don't have manners to talk to someone. They treated someone from my family in a really rude way when she was asking abt payment. I have also seen them being rude to delivery boy just because he was asking them to hurry up and give him his food and it was just infront of the owner yet the owner started being rude and started giving him threat while he was just doing his work.
