Laziz Rasoi — Restaurant in Punjab

Laziz Rasoi, is one of the best place i visit time again and again. I ordered Honey chilli potato.. It was really delicious. And the Green self made sauce was really good. And in my main course i ordered, Kashmiri dum aloo. I got disappointed just because of the size of potato used. It was just filled with just potatoes. And gravy was just of 10%.

Quantity is really good. I will be always go there and have the taste of laziz Rasoi.

I am mentioning this point so that laziz Rasoi will remain there for centuries. And every coustomer like me will admire it always.

I have one more suggestion.

Keep one worker for taking plates and utensils from table. Or one who is serving should not be touching the used plates. Or give them gloves.

The presence of rats in the kitchen area has left me appalled and deeply concerned about the overall hygiene and food safety practices followed by the establishment. We were regular customers of this restaurant but last night when we get our food (daal makhani and paneer butter masala) packed from this restaurant for our guests at home. The food was very pathetic and stale. The smell was pungent in daal makhani. Even paneer butter masala wasn't that good. When we went to complain out the food to restaurant owner. Her reaction was not acceptable. she was not ready to accept her mistake and was throwing attitude on us. The restaurant owner should learn ethics of how to treat with customers.
