I had an extremely disappointing experience with Punjab Bakers. I waited for 3 hours for the cake, and when I called to follow up, the person I spoke to was not only arrogant but also refused to admit any mistake.

Despite my clear questions, they never informed me that I needed to book a ride. When I asked if they would arrange a Rapido, I was assured they would. However, when I followed up on the phone, they blatantly lied and responded with arguments instead of addressing my concerns.

To make matters worse, the cake delivered was not fresh at all — it was stale. The bread was hard and clearly old. This level of quality and dishonesty is unacceptable.

I will never purchase from Punjab Bakers again, and I strongly advise others to reconsider. I also have relatives who are regular customers, and I will be warning them against buying from here as well. I had been to this bakery shop since years and seen it grow over the time. I love the interior wood work and ambience. I'm not an impulse buyer but end up with impulse buying whenever I step in. Recently on mother's day I tried lassi and pizza and wasn't left disappointed. I loved their quite basement seating and the young staff was very helpful and polite.
