Levels- A pulling down experience. We were very much excited for our First Anniversary Dinner and that's when we decided to try out this new place called Levels. Located on the road, the looks of this place are just spectacular. The vibe, the ambiance-all amazing. However, reality hit us very hard when the restaurant started the service or no service at all. The server at our table denied us almost all the drinks we asked for and when we asked that if the bartender could come and guide us for the best drink suitable to our taste, the waiter denied the request. Hopefull still we ordered our drinks with much anticipation towards our food which came extremely late after ordering. When we complained about the same to the staff, they told us that due to a weekday, they dont have the requisite staff. The food came and the vegetarian platter was good. However, the chicken in the Non-Vegetarian platter tasted foul. It seemed like it was frozen. The Chicken was extremely hard and smelled really bad. After complaining about the same to the staff, they took away our food and gave us back after changing the Seekh Kebab but nothing was done about the chicken. We respectfully asked the manager to look into the issue and he explained us that they had served the same platter on three other tables and they had no complaint, very cleverly shifting the blame onto us. Even then we didnt lose our calm and asked the manager if he could convert the same into another veg item. He said he could not do that and said that he would give us a discount on the total bill for the same. This was the height of our patience. We asked for the bill and when the bill came there was no discount. The manager did not even bother to come to our table and explain the same. Overall a very bad experience. We felt cheated and the highly unprofessional behaviour of the staff and the managers present there really made us feel regretful. Would not recommend this place to others. The place is good but the essence of the restaurant-the food, the staff and the professionalism all have been ignored while opening this place. Mood spoiler alert !

this review is not based on food but the experience and their dealing which was disrespectful and discriminatory.

I booked through zomato with a 15 % discount for 6 pax. Since the district app. showed max 4 adults option at the time of booking so I booked 4 pax (which I have done in past for other restaurants without any issues)

The guy at the restaurant offered me 10 % discount instead of honouring zomato booking since we were 2 pax short of the booking to which I told him there was no option in the app to go beyond 4 so I am not at fault.

Icing on the cake, there was an ipl meal offer going on which I understand cannot be clubbed with a zomato offer or discount - despite my request saying I will pay the full amount for that meal - I was denied saying since you have zomato booking we cannot offer you that meal - how discriminatory is that?

I repeated that I don't need Zomato discount on that item but atleast give it to me which was again denied.

I politely asked if I go on another table will u still not offer me that meal?

Let me tell u the entire restaurant was empty and we were the only guests. No business sense at all.

I felt embarrassed and had to leave.
