McDonald's — Restaurant in Punjab

1st of all this is worng that this outlet is 24hr.And the staff is very UNprofessional. I am the regular customer of McDonald's and I face many problem of this outlet this outlet is nearby my home place they close the outlet before the closing time. Today I visit at there at 10:40 p.m. and I found the all entry doors are closed at 10:45 p.m. I knock the door a person ask me all is close..after request they just open the door but nobody can listen to me. I request for just ice cream but nobody can listen me the all are busy in their gossips for reference photos attached here I request to McDonald's team higher authority team please look into this matter I face so many time this problem McDonald's a good brand and a big chain but not acceptable this type of services so once again I request to the higher authority of McDonald's please look into this matter this is down your image thank...

Behavior of staff is very very poor. Talking like owner of McDonald's. I had placed my order on cash counter . A cashier girl named neeraj firstly denied for my taking order says it's self service here . I told to her that I'm facing issue on my order machine. After that she added forcefully extra items like cheese cost around 37 per meal . I denied for these than she ask it's compulsory for every meal or taking other meal cost around 296 per meal. Worst behavior in front of other customer and my family members. Never come again in...

A great place great quality Good staff neat & clean place to visit its near by BMC chowk Jalandhar Punjab.......one can easily see the building from the BMC chowk..... parking is also available but not an official one....Being in a centre spot the place has advantage over the other McDonald's. The place is spacious and is usually crowded in the evenings. The parking according to me is not that good and mostly you'll need to park in the side spaces around McDonald's.Good place to enjoy wth frndz nd...
