McDonald's — Restaurant in Punjab

I visited your McDonald's on December 4th, 2024, and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. From the start to the end, it made me not want to come back to this location ever again. Here’s what happened:

When I first pulled up to the drive-thru, the ordering screen was not working, but there was no sticker or sign telling me that. It was confusing and frustrating to start off the visit like that.

I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order. Even worse, it came in two parts — the McFlurry came first, and then I waited another 12 minutes for the cappuccino. This kind of delay is just not acceptable, especially for such a simple order.

I ordered a medium Oreo McFlurry, but what I got was definitely not a medium. On top of that, it wasn’t blended at all; the Oreo crumbs were just sitting on top, not mixed in at all. When I asked about it, I was told that’s how it comes, which is strange because I’ve never had it like this at any other McDonald's.

The cappuccino had chocolate powder on top, which was not what I was expecting. And they didn’t give me any napkin or sugar — nothing at all. I’ve attached a photo so you can see how bad it was. It’s really surprising that this is what McDonald's calls a cappuccino.

Honestly, this place does not deserve to be called McDonald's. It was an abysmal experience, and I hope you take this feedback seriously...

The staff is very careless. The staff, mostly girls, play inside the kitchen. They make D-shaped cold burgers. The burgers are badly wrapped, and the cheese cream is not spread properly. The food arrives very late and is colder than room temperature. I received super cold French fries. When I asked to change the French fries for hot ones, no one came for 20 minutes, so I left the restaurant without fries. There was no one at the counter for the last 20 to 30 minutes. The staff seems to get angry if more customers come and order.

I suggest to the owner that since this is a very prime and expensive location, they should change the staff with...

This location of McD is so freaking good!! I have had a good experience here each time!! Like they just don’t fail to meet my expectations or even if they faulter, it’s corrected on being addressed!! We had no plans to visit McD after visiting the one at Ansal Plaza & we had assumed that this is how McD is everywhere!! But, we happened to take away at this location & so good!! Not disappointed at all!!
